🍵 How to Prepare Your Matcha

1. Sift your matcha
   Add 1–2 scoops of matcha powder into the bowl using the matcha sifter to create a smooth, clump-free base.

2. Add warm water
   Pour in about 60–80ml of warm water (not boiling — around 70–80°C) to preserve the delicate flavor.

3. Whisk gently
   Using the chasen (bamboo whisk), whisk in a quick “W” motion until a soft, creamy foam forms on top.
